Showcase Sunday #13

Sunday 2 September 2012
Showcase Sunday is a meme hosted by Vicky over at Books, Biscuits & Tea where we showcase all of our recent book grabs.

Dead Time by Anne Cassidy (library)
The Iron Witch (The Iron Witch #1) by Karen Mahoney (bought)
Texas Gothic by Rosemary Clement-Moore (bought)
Pushing The Limits by Katie McGarry (for review, a big thank you to the publishers and netgalley!)
Shiver (Wolves of Mercy Falls #1) by Maggie Stiefvater (library)
The Host (The Host #1) by Stephanie Meyer (library)

Sorry about the lack of writing in this post - in a rush! I've already read Pushing The Limits, but that's the only one. The rest I'm looking really forward to reading though! (:

Happy Reading,
Rachel xoxo

  1. OOOOH! *drools over keyboard* ;)
Pushing The Limits is amazing, what did you think of it? I keep meaning to read Shiver, Maggie Stiefvater's books sound brilliant. The Host looks good too... even though I'm not that keen on Twilight :P The Iron Witch sounds amazing, I can't wait to hear what you think of it. Happy reading, Rachel! :) xx

  3. Oh my gosh Shiver is one of the best books of all time! (For me, anyway lol :P ) You are going to love Sam, he is one of the most swoon-worthy guys I've ever read. The Host also sounds really good, and I really love the front cover for Dead Time.

Enjoy all of your books, Rachel. :) xxx

  4. I just recently got Dead Time put of my local library too! It looks good :) I like Shiver too, and I'm about to read the third book in the series, Forever. I REALLY need to read The Host, especially before the movie comes out! And yay! You got Pushing The Limits too! I was so excited when I was approved for it on NetGalley - it's the first book I ever requested and was approved for!

    Happy reading :)
